Wow another week has come and gone.....it's hard to believe how quickly time flies.
As part of my 52 Fridays weekly Photo project we were supposed to come with an image that represents warmth. Yes, Warmth.....tough one eh! To me warmth is a hot cup of Tim Horton's French Vanilla or a piping hot cup of Earl Grey tea. Or maybe it means cuddling up on the couch with your sweetheart. My husband hates having his picture taken, so scratch that.
The one thing that does play a big role in our house and does provide us with warmth is our wood burning stove. So the next trick is to make a plain ole' wood stove look wonderful and inviting, this is what I came up with. I hope you feel the warmth right through your screen. Have a great week everyone.

Fuzzy slippers in front of a roaring fire are the BEST....definitely make the Canadian winters more warm and comfortable!
ReplyDeleteLike how the wood burning stove is blurry in the background. Nice bokeh
ReplyDeleteWe had a wood burning stove growing up and I always loved it! Nice composition on this one!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the wood heat ! Annnd....now I want a Tim's French Vanilla.....lol :)
ReplyDeleteI totally feel the warmth! I imagine those toes are super toasty with the slippers and the wood burning stove. Great composition!!
ReplyDeleteI love the realness of this shot! I was trying to figure out how to do a coal burning boiler we use in our basement but it required too much thought. We are planning on a wood stove in addition we are working on. Yours looks like one the models we're considering. I can almost feel how good it will be to have one!
ReplyDeleteYou can feel the warmth! Such a perfect take on this week's theme!
